Hand forged bronze Iron leaf with sterling silver beetle on 26 inch oxidized sterling chain. Iron Leaf pendant is 6 inches.

Inspired by the intricate Otomi embroideries of Oaxaca, Mexico, Julie features floral and fauna themes in this collection. Textile motifs were translated into hand fabricated bronze adornments.

As a child of the 70's, Julie grew up doing a myriad of crafts with her sister, including embroidery, sewing and other textile projects. This interest continues today, as she collects indigenous textiles during her travels.
